Fabricated in India and assembled in Dubai, The Magazine Shop is constructed of a simple timber frame and stretched panels of translucent agricultural netting. Polished black limestone countertops frame the kitchen while ceiling fans and cantilevered copper lamps are suspended from the columns and beams above.
Displayed in horizontal bands on planks of teakwood, the magazines form a colorful and ever-changing graphic landscape from the exterior while also providing a screened enclosure to the space within.

Specializing in high quality coffee and independent magazines, the shop sources content from around the world, curating a selection of publications on the subjects of art, design, travel, fashion, architecture, music and film. They are committed to promoting creative independent publishing in the Middle East.
